Gaurav Jaiswal is VP - Digital Product Management, Analytics & Operations at Pearson, world’s leading digital learning company. He is accountable for driving the strategy and build of Pearson’s digital experiences, spanning content and commerce, across its target audience of Learners, Educators and Practitioners. His team builds and runs Pearson’s digital platforms and eCommerce capabilities powering a $350M+ digital business, to facilitate the company’s digital transformation and shift towards lifelong learning focused on direct-to-consumer (D2C) motion.
Earlier, Gaurav was Vice President and Head of Digital Portfolio & Business Development at SAP Digital – a digital commerce-focused business unit that he co-founded at SAP - with the vision to allow anyone in world to digitally discover, purchase and consume business offerings from SAP and Partners, with minimal human interactions. He led the creation and digital monetization of digital-native software, content and services on SAP’s online marketplaces, leveraging customer-friendly commercial models, delivering 6x portfolio growth in three years and incremental revenue in 130+ countries, reporting into SAP’s Chief Digital Officer.
Gaurav previously helped establish Marketing Strategy function, within the office of CMO at SAP to help run Marketing as a business. He also co-created the discipline of Demand Management at SAP, managing SAP’s key software portfolio pipeline, to predictably increase revenue, improve operational efficiency and maximize Sales/Marketing ROI.
He has frequently spoken with media and industry analysts and presented at conferences to evangelize digital transformation. He was also recognized as a 40 Under 40 digital executive by DMN.
